My Experience Working for Didier Delmer
When I first started working for Didier, I thought I had struck gold. Here was a French international businessman who presented himself as the head of a prestigious organization, managing lucrative projects for high-profile clients. He was charismatic, professional, and convincing—someone who appeared to value my skills as a freelance web developer. But as time went on, the glitter of opportunity faded, and the ugly truth emerged: Didier wasn’t the leader of a large organization. He was simply a middleman, pocketing a chunk of my earnings for all of my hard work.
For every hour I spent building websites, debugging code, and delivering seamless integrations for his clients, Didier charged them an exorbitant fee. Meanwhile, I was left with a fraction of the payment—drip-fed over weeks or months, never paid in full. To make matters worse, I bore the cost of currency exchange from dollars to pounds, further eroding what little I received. Despite his claims of financial delays and excuses that felt plausible at first, the unpaid invoices began to pile up. By the end of our work together, Didier owed me several thousand USD dollars—a debt he has yet to pay to this day. Promises of eventual payment turned into outright refusal, and I was left with nothing but a bitter lesson in trust
